Group Shoot Sunday February 19th

It will be the usual group shoot with 2 sessions with 5 photographers at each session. As always we will set up the sessions to get the very best of the lovely Onabella. The styles will be Lingerie - Page 3 style through to figure taking in many differing styles on the way. As always the sessions will be organic driven by the photographers. These sessions are well organised and not a bun fight.

£50.00 per place

What can I say about the December shoot except to say it is the best shoot I have every been on, so many different opportunities with so many lovely models. Of course I got some truly amazing pictures thank you and book me on the March one. Thank you so much.

I've now had several shoots at the Pixel 8 studio, including the 1-2-1 training with Paul. Each was fantastic and, given that my knowledge of studio photography was zero, Paul was very helpful and understanding especially with the different lighting effects. As a beginner I also found his website very good and being able to book model and studio together was very useful. Overall, highly recommended and I will certainly be hoping to book further shoots.

Attended Pauls monthly workshop today which was absolutely excellent, we did the shoot in a house location with a great variety of backdrops which was a really nice change away from the white studio. Paul was on hand as always to give valuable advice if needed. I certainly gained a lot from the experience and would highly recommend Pixel8.

A great weekend shooting and as always much useful coaching from Paul at his Pixel8 studio.Highly recommend the Paul and his studio, as its relaxed there, the models are clearly comfortable in the environment and Paul is very patient with those of us needing a tadge more guidance!

"Spent a weekend on ambient light course.

Paul was good fun, humerous and managed to structure his teaching well. He had some superb locations and used the principles of using ambient light to get the best of a situation. The weather played up a little on the first day (this is England!) which was used an opportunity to work the light conditions using reflectors, mirrors, subtle off camera flash as well as altering locations to get the best from the ambient as well as balancing ambient conditions with additional simple flash.

The next day we had 5 different locations to shoot with 3 different models braving the cold followed up by studio shooting with full lights and a strobist set up

Paul creates enthusiasm and had a good simple structure for giving a mixed range of photographers the principles he was trying to get across. He was able to teach and be adaptive to the needs of the light as well as the group.

Great stuff. Good fun and a good group of models and locations. I would recommend"

"Just got back from a location group shoot organised by Paul at Pixel 8. What can I say, Paul is a very friendly guy with a great sense humour and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Over the course of the weekend Paul had organised some great private and public locations for us to shoot in and 5 fantastic models. The shoot was professionally organised and Paul set the scene at the location and the goal to achieve then let the photographers get on with it, working in small groups with a model each, but was always on hand to give his expert advice and suggestions if you needed it, so really suitable for all levels

From what I have seen so far I have got some great pictures and the weekend really made me think a lot about my camera settings and using natural light, plus fill in flash where needed to get the exposure correct, but leaving the picture looking naturally lit, rather than harsh flashlight and dark backgrounds, which was the aim of the weekend and will make a vast improvement to my location work in the future.

Highly recommended and can't wait for the next one :)."

"I had another group shoot at Pixel 8 for two days. We used different locations and I had the best time even though it was cold. Paul took us for dinner and put us up in a hotel for the night and i enjoyed every minute. All of the photographers on the shoot were great and keen to learn. I really enjoyed meeting other models too. Thank you for a brilliant and successful shoot. x"

Pixel 8 Studio is well equipped, easy to get to and Paul has built a superb Model directory, I have had the pleasure of working with Shay and Sammijo, both of whom are stunning and professional.

"I've been a regular at Paul's Sunday Group Shoots for a few months now and i can thoroughly recommend both them and the Studio.
Paul is great fun and very instructional during the group shoots - it's more of a social event than a photo shoot.
I have also used the studio for 1-2-1 shoots and Paul is always on hand if required. The studio is well equiped and fun to work in.
