Terms? pixel 8 Studio

I cannot imagine anything worse than having pages of terms and conditions, however sadly there are people that don't work to the same rules as the rest of us. So I have kept everything as simple as possible to save it all being terribly embarrassing.

Quite often if you make a booking I ask for a deposit. This can be paid by debit or credit card to make life as easy as possible and I am more than happy to return the deposit if you cancel before 48 hours. Sadly if it is later than that I am unable to return the deposit. If you do not call to cancel you are legally responsible for the full fee including the models fee and I do chase it.

There will be occasions when I do not ask for a deposit and if you cancel up to 24 hours before again I will be quite happy, but if you do not cancel and do not turn up, or cancel within 24 hours I will ask for the full fee. I am sorry I have to have all this, but sadly as I said 90% of you will always be friendly and keep me fully informed and obviously I will be understanding. For those of you in the 10% I do not like time wasters and will take you to court if necessary. I have and I won and his wife was surprised.
