| Cancellation Policy | |
In respect of purchased goods providing we receive notice of cancellation before the goods are dispatched we will be happy to refund the payment.
In respect of booking onto courses we will refund your payment in full providing we are notified up to 48 hours prior to the course. Cancellation after this time will mean any refund is at the discretion of Pixel 8 Studio
In respect of a deposit a full refund will be available providing we are notified up to 48 hours prior to the booking starting. Cancellation after this time will mean any refund is at the discretion of Pixel 8 Studio.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on a course, or at a booking.
In the event that a cancellation of an event, or a booking is made by Pixel 8 Studio we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and discuss a way ahead. This may be a re booking, a full refund, or whatever we agree at the time.
Where dates
are changed, we are happy to give a full refund if the new dates are
not convenient.
